What is housing (Hosting) in a data center?
It’s NOT cloud mining!

- Housing: You own the miner (purchased or pre-owned) and connect it to our data center to benefit from cheaper electricity.

Available Capacity:
- Air-cooled machines: 4 MW/h (approximately 1,330 miners at 3 kWh each).
- Hydro miners: 7 MW/h (approximately 1,400 S19 257T Hydro miners at 5.2 kWh each).
Conditions:
- Only ASIC miners with a consumption of 2.5 kWh+.
- Minimum quantity: 5 miners.
- Electricity price is fixed for at least 4 years.
- Commitment: Always until the end of the calendar year.
- Slightly lower machine prices apply when purchasing for US housing compared to delivery to the EU.
Pricing:
- Electricity: $0.0795–0.0835/kWh (based on volume) ≈ €0.075/kWh (depending on the $/€ exchange rate).
- Shipping and customs: Varies (based on the machine price and current customs tariffs).
- VAT: Not applicable for housing or machine purchases – even for individuals, as the machines do not pass through or into the EU, eliminating VAT requirements.
Savings:
- The electricity cost is approximately €0.055/kWh lower than the cheapest EU datacenter.
- For a 3 kWh miner, this means savings of €118/month (€1,416/year).
- For 5 miners, the savings increase to €590/month (€7,080/year).
FAQ – frequently asked questions about housing
Setting up and starting miners takes just a few minutes.
- Operation: Virtually no effort. Turn it on, and it mines. Occasionally, you might need to restart it.
- Noise Reduction: Noise can be reduced by up to 98% (check our soundproofing solutions).
The only deciding factor should be the cost of electricity:
- If your electricity is cheaper at home than in a hosting facility, keep the miner at home.
- If it’s more expensive, send the miner to a hosting facility.

Yes, absolutely.
- We can ship your miner to your home, and you can send or deliver it to the datacenter.
- Alternatively, we can send it directly to the datacenter, and you won’t need to worry about anything.
1. You only pay for electricity.
- Space rental, storage, management, and monitoring are all free (included in the electricity cost).
- For example, we buy electricity at €0.10/kWh and sell it to you at €0.11/kWh – this margin is our profit.
- Our electricity prices are generally lower than most households, making hosting a win-win service for everyone.
2. When and how often do I pay?
- We invoice hosting fees monthly, typically during the 3rd or 4th week of the month (depending on workload).
3. Paying hosting fees with mined coins?
- This is not possible because:
- The miner is connected directly to your wallet, and only you have access to it.
- Cryptocurrency price fluctuations make this impractical.
- We also don’t accept crypto payments for hosting due to administrative complexity.
- Payments are made via bank transfer in EUR or CZK.
- This is not possible because:
- Indefinite contracts: You can cancel anytime.
- EU datacenters: Minimum commitment is 1 month (you can withdraw your miner anytime, provided the full month is paid).
- US datacenters: Minimum commitment is 1 year.
- Technicians handle most basic issues (around 90% of repairs), including software updates, power supply replacements, fan replacements, and motherboard fixes.
- For major repairs (e.g., chip issues), defective components (like one of three hashboards) are sent to our specialist for repair.
You have two types of access to your miners (all online and remote):
Via the mining pool account:
- See your miner’s performance and earnings (daily, weekly, etc.).
Via the miner’s IP interface (VPN/IP port):
- Full control of the miner settings, including:
- Turning it on/off, resetting it.
- Setting the wallet to which mined coins are sent.
- Selecting which coin to mine.
- Updating firmware.
- Access detailed hardware stats such as temperature, performance, and fan speed.

We can manage tasks like restarts or coin switches as part of the hosting service, but you also have full control to handle this yourself.
- Minimum: No minimum – even 1 miner is accepted.
- Maximum: No set limit (subject to datacenter capacity).
For a miner consuming 1510 Wh (e.g., Antminer Z15 420 Ksol):
Monthly consumption:
- 1510 W/h × 24 hours/day × 30 days = 1,087.2 kWh/month.
Monthly cost:
- 1,087.2 kWh × €0.13 = €141.34/month.
Typically, within 24 hours:
- The miner is delivered to the datacenter (by courier or in person).
- Technicians connect it, and it starts running within 1–2 minutes, generating income immediately.
