Miner House (operated by MM-PRO GROUP, spol. s r. o.) wants every customer to buy with confidence. This policy explains your right to return a purchase and how we handle warranty claims, in line with Slovak and EU consumer protection law.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days, No Reason Needed)

As a consumer purchasing within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Return shipping cost: for a withdrawal without a specific reason, you cover the cost of returning the item to us. Given the size and weight of mining hardware, contact us before shipping so we can advise on the most cost-effective courier option.

Refund: once we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund the purchase price within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to pay (bank transfer, card, or the cryptocurrency equivalent at the applicable exchange rate).

Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made or configured to your specific request (custom/pre-order builds), or to digital services already fully performed with your prior consent.

2. Warranty Claims (Defective Goods)

If a product is defective or does not match its description, you are covered by statutory warranty under Slovak law:

Resolution timeline: we resolve your claim - repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund - within a reasonable time, no later than 30 days from the day you raised it, unless specific circumstances justify a longer period (communicated to you in advance).

Return shipping cost for a valid warranty claim: we cover it. You are not charged to send a genuinely defective item back to us, and we cover the cost of sending a repaired or replacement unit back to you.

Extended protection: if a defect is repaired under warranty, the warranty period is extended by the time the item was out of your possession for repair. After a first repair, the applicable warranty period is extended by 12 months (this extension applies once).

3. What's Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper installation
• Normal wear and tear (fans, thermal paste, etc.) after extended use
• Damage from power surges, inadequate cooling, or non-standard electrical setups
